It seems that we are *finally* coming to the end of a wretched cold spell... or at least receiving some reprieve. I think of how blessed I am through this cold to have a warm house, warm clothes and warm friends. One of my favorite pieces of cool weather comfort is this cashmere scarf that my parents brought from Scotland a few years ago. For those of you who might be reading this and saying "Your parents? As in, both of them?" it's true. Dad has boarded international flights a few times over the last years - of course, there has been golf involved, but still. Crazy, I know?! Hmmmmm.... I wonder if that has anything to do with why it's been so cold? ;)
